Program Supervisor
A full-time professional position as a member of the Supportive Housing Department providing program management and staff supervision. The ideal candidate must have a strong wellness and recovery orientation, supervisory and administrative experience and two years of experience in a mental health field. Candidate will share on-call responsibilities. Master’s degree in a health or human services related field and two years of experience in a mental health setting; or a NJ license as a registered nurse, plus three years experience in a mental health setting. Bilingual a plus.

Community Life Coaches:
Full-time and part-time paraprofessional positions
providing in-home supportive services including coaching in activities of
daily living to customers living in their own apartments. We are currently
looking for people with successful recovery experience from mental illness
to help others get well via a mentoring relationship Completion of the
Consumer Connection's CORE training is helpful, but not necessary. These
shifts are somewhat flexible, but require working one weekend day and some
afternoon/evenings.
