Bridgeway Rehabilitation Services, is an innovative psychiatric rehabilitation agency that has established multi-disciplinary teams to help Central Jersey adults with a severe and persistent mental illness, live successfully in the community. We are seeking individuals with experience who demonstrate a commitment to psychiatric rehabilitation for the following opportunities:

Rehabilitation Counselor - Partial Care, Elizabeth, NJ.   Position provides supportive education services and coordinates recreational activities for people in a Partial Care program; requires excellent verbal and writing skills; Bachelor’s degree and 2 years exp.

Rehabilitation Counselor – Partial Care Program (Clerical/Research Unit), Elizabeth, NJ.  Position involves case management, facilitating groups, supervised structured activities as well as individual counseling.  The ideal candidate will be “recovery focused” with good verbal and writing skills.  Position requires Bachelor’s degree and 2 years experience; Masters degree preferred.

Rehabilitation Counselor – Partial Care (Creative Arts Unit), Elizabeth, NJ  - This recovery focused position involves case management, advocacy and skill development as well as group facilitation.  The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and writing skills.  Bachelor’s degree required along with two years human services experience.

Development Director – (Part-time 15-20 hours per week), Elizabeth, NJ – We are looking for an individual with excellent fundraising and resource development experience to join our outstanding management team and dedicated Board of Trustees

Supportive Housing Counselor – Union, NJ.  Assisting individuals obtain rental subsidies and their own apartments; provide supportive counseling to assist in their recovery journey; teach individuals IMR and Wellness skills.  Bachelor’s degree required along with two years human service experience.  Must be bilingual, English/Spanish.

Psychiatric Nurse – PACT I, Elizabeth, NJ.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2yrs experience working as a Psychiatric Nurse; will participate in developing treatment plans; goal planning; administer and monitor medications. Must be a Registered Nurse with valid NJ licensure.
