CEO - Eva's Village

CEO of Eva's Village, located in Paterson, NJ, a faith based, nondenominational, anti-poverty non-profit. Eva's has an annual operating budget of $12 million, more than 120 full-time and 90 part-time staff and runs 20 programs in Behavioral Health, Food and Housing as well as Education and Training.  Its substance use treatment programs consistently outpace the Statewide average. The Culinary School has a 92% job placement rate. Its Community Kitchen serves 1,300 nutritious meals a day to the homeless and working poor.  The CEO will inherit all this and have a compelling opportunity to take Eva's Village to the next level of care for the community it serves.

YCS (Youth Consultation Service) Seeks Assistant Vice President for New Business Development

Each day YCS cares for approximately 1,500 children, by providing either residential care or in-community and in-home services. Some of the children are separated from their loved ones and have been affected by trauma, others are unable to live at home because of intellectual and developmental disabilities that adversely affect their behavior. Whatever the child's special education, mental health or behavioral health needs, the caring YCS staff is prepared to offer individualized services to both the child and family. With your support, we can help our children find hope, and cultivate strength and resilience for a brighter future.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirited, dedicated Assistant Vice President for New Business Development to oversee specific new business projects.


-A Master's degree in social work or a related social science degree required

- Preference will be given to a person with an additional degree in either business (MBA) or public administration (MPA) or other related discipline.

- Extensive experience no less than ten (10) years in senior management position doing program development

- Business management and consulting experience 10-15 years

- Sufficient industry and technical knowledge to communicate effectively with a variety of industry groups

- A strong client/consumer focus; commitment to delivering quality solutions and maintaining effective client/consumer relationships

- Excellent negotiation skill to secure and close deals

- Exceptional presentation skills
