Certified Screener for our Crisis program, both full time and part time positions available

Bilingual Mental Health Clinician for our Outpatient program, must be licensed or license eligible and fluent in Spanish, both written and oral

Residential Team Leader:  We currently have two openings within our Group Homes located in Vineland, NJ. Team Leaders are responsible for management of staff and providing service.

YCS (Youth Consultation Service) Seeks Assistant Vice President for New Business Development

Each day YCS cares for approximately 1,500 children, by providing either residential care or in-community and in-home services. Some of the children are separated from their loved ones and have been affected by trauma, others are unable to live at home because of intellectual and developmental disabilities that adversely affect their behavior. Whatever the child's special education, mental health or behavioral health needs, the caring YCS staff is prepared to offer individualized services to both the child and family. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirited, dedicated Assistant Vice President for New Business Development to oversee specific new business projects.

Requirements:

-A Master's degree in social work or a related social science degree required

- Preference will be given to a person with an additional degree in either business (MBA) or public administration (MPA) or other related discipline.

- Extensive experience no less than ten (10) years in senior management position doing program development

- Business management and consulting experience 10-15 years

- Sufficient industry and technical knowledge to communicate effectively with a variety of industry groups

- A strong client/consumer focus; commitment to delivering quality solutions and maintaining effective client/consumer relationships

- Excellent negotiation skill to secure and close deals

- Exceptional presentation skills
