Project Freedom Social Service Coordinator/ Facility Manager wanted for new 52 unit apartment building in Trenton. Project Freedom at Trent Center is located on Greenwood and Chestnut Avenues across from the Trenton Train Station. The position of Social Service Coordinator will provide the supportive services to those disabled tenants, as well as manage the day to day operations of the building.
