The Developers Group provides a forum for developers, financiers, and related SHA Members to discuss current projects and to relate ongoing development experience with programs including Special Needs Housing Partnership Program, LIHTC program, and projects related to funding from municipal housing trust funds. SHA uses member recommendations and ideas in outreach to NJHMFA, DHS, DCA and others in continued advocacy with our statewide partners. Programming for these meetings may also include specific topics of interest for members working in developing supportive housing opportunities.
