Please note: While your support is greatly appreciated at any time of year, SHA transitioned to an annual January member renewal cycle. Member benefits are active all year upon joining/renewing, but please confirm your pro-rated member dues amount with Joseph Christensen before submitting payment.
Joining SHA in Two Easy Steps:
Step 1: Fill out your member form.
To join or renew SHA membership, please write-in/fill-out the edit-ready PDF of the membership form or civic membership form along with the member information form. Once complete, email the form to Joseph Christensen or mail the forms along with your payment.
Step 2: Send your member dues payment.
Once you confirm your dues amount with Joseph Christensen, you can pay by check or pay online using a credit card or PayPal.
To pay by check, send payable to SHA NJ at 185 Valley St., South Orange, NJ 07079
To pay using your PayPal account or by credit card, click on the PayPal link at the bottom of the page. Enter your confirmed dues amount and you will be able to complete the process using a credit card or with your PayPal account. A PayPal account is not required to pay with this method.

Membership dues are calculated on a sliding scale based on organization budget/revenue. The recently added, Civic Membership is open to all county, municipal or city government agencies, and housing authorities or related entities in the affordable housing, community development, and economic development field. The following scale shows the general amounts for annual membership.
