Established in 2006, our organization is known to be a provider of exemplary, white-glove service to each valued member. The Division of Housing and Community Development is responsible for carrying out GSECDC’s mission providing quality affordable housing opportunities to families that cannot comfortably afford to rent or buy in the private market.
