Description: Tarver & Tarver LLC is a new community-based organization that will provide Supportive Housing to young adults with developmental disabilities who are transitioning to Adult Services. Our mission is to create a “campus life like atmosphere” for young adults offering them the opportunity to live on a campus and experience a college-like environment. At Transitional Campus, we understand the challenges faced by young adults during their transition period and aim to provide them with a safe and inclusive living space where they can thrive. To reside on the Transition Campus, the individuals must attend a continuing educational program, college course, day habilitation program, or work at least 20 hours a week. By offering this unique housing solution combined with comprehensive support services, we empower our residents to develop essential life skills while fostering independence and personal growth. Our goal is to bridge the gap between education and adults for individuals with developmental disabilities by providing them with an enriching living experience tailored to their specific needs.
